Booking Procedure

Website Bookings: For bookings made directly on our website, full payment is required; There are no additional credit or debit card charges
Telephone Bookings: For telephone bookings, a deposit of �1,500 per person (for packages including flights) or 50% (for packages with no flights) is required; A receipt for the deposit and a final balance invoice will be issued; The final payment is required twelve (12) weeks prior to the event; There will be a �1 Debit Card or 2.5% Credit Card charge for any telephone bookings

The Package and Ticket will be dispatched to the Delivery Address approximately one (1) week prior to the Event. For overseas customers, we will arrange a package delivery service to your Hotel.
